The item was not the same as the pictures of the website.

The item was not the same as the pictures in the website and bad quality. I could see the glue spots on the joints. Really disapointed.

Arrived broken and no customer service

This is the second time I purchased a case. This company lies about a lifetime warranty. It arrived broken and they haven’t bothered to return my emails to fix it. My first case also broke and they also never responded. For this company beauty is only skin deep.

FAKE LIFETIME WARRANTY!!!

Tried contacting supports sine Nov 19 2023, today is Dec 17 2023. Sending atl east 5 emails + filled out contact form on the website. My case cracked and won’t stay on my macbook . Never ever get any reply back. Tried calling and no-one answered.

Good quality, but not that happy!

Back in the day, my first purchase from WoodWe was completely satisfied. This second purchaise differs from the picture because the wood is darker, and there is no veining like in the picture, but the texture is more basic. Apart from this aspect, the overall quality of the product is excellent.

Very impressed with the look, design and fit

I’m very happy with the protective case in the walnut finish- it looks great and gives the laptop the protection I was looking for. I was a bit apprehensive about how well it would clip onto my MacBook but it is perfect. I would definitely recommend it. Thanks!

Classy Macbook cover

Since i got the Woodwe case, everybody are asking me where did i get that case. You won’t be ignore work the neat look of the case. Sometimes the look is ignored by the weak protection but not this one. It’s also well protecting my Macbook Pro. Would i buy again from Woodwe? Definitely yes!! I’m proud that i found that product.

Really nice product, but....

So, I love the idea and the quality of my WoodWe MacBook case and overall am satisfied. The problem I have is that I ordered the "Made of Real Wood” Walnut Case, which is more expensive than the standard cases, but based on the images on the site, I preferred this one because of the richness of the wood tone. The other cases seemed more muted or washed out to me. However, when I received the case, it looked just like the standard cases…to the point that I thought the wrong case was sent. I contacted support and sent images of what I received and what I thought I was going to receive (from the website). They replied (very politely) they felt I received the correct case. I know I could have returned it without a problem, but aside from the specific color I thought I was getting, I’m happy with the product so decided to just forget it….until I received this email to review that has the picture of what I thought I was getting :) I definitely don’t regret purchasing the case (which was originally going to be a gift) but would just suggest that if the wood tone is super important to you, maybe contact WoodWe before you choose the style.
